エングハウスがアキュラボPLCを買収

READING, UK AND MILTON KEYNES, UK, Dec. 16, 2024 /CNW/ - Enghouse Holdings UK LimitedEnghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ENGH)の完全子会社であるEnghouse Systems Inc.は本日、オンプレミスおよびクラウドベースのコミュニケーションおよびAIソフトウェアソリューションを提供するAculab PLC (Aculab)を買収したと発表した。
