Strengthening Accessibility Across the Enghouse Video Portfolio

Accessibility is no longer optional. Across education, government, and enterprise environments, organizations are being held to higher standards for inclusive digital experiences. Video platforms are no exception.

We’re pleased to share an important milestone in Enghouse Video’s accessibility journey.

VPATs Completed for Key Enghouse Video Platforms

The following Enghouse Video products now have completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs):

• Qumu Cloud, including the player and CMS portal
• Lifesize WebRTC
• Vidyo WebRTC

These VPATs formally document how each product supports accessibility standards and confirm that they are considered compliant, with clearly defined remediation plans already in place for any identified gaps.

This is a meaningful step forward in strengthening accessibility across the Enghouse Video portfolio and supporting customers who must meet evolving accessibility requirements.

Why This Matters for Customers

Accessibility requirements are becoming mandatory in many markets, particularly in:

• Education
• Government
• Regulated enterprise environments

Having completed VPAT documentation gives organizations confidence that the video tools they rely on are aligned with accessibility expectations and procurement standards. It also makes it easier for teams to evaluate, justify, and deploy video technology without introducing compliance risk.

For customers, this means greater clarity, stronger documentation, and fewer barriers when adopting or expanding Enghouse Video solutions.

This milestone reflects ongoing work, not a final endpoint.

Additional accessibility evaluations are planned for:

• The Qumu administrative experience
• Lifesize and Vidyo desktop applications
• Mobile applications
• Hardware endpoints

These reviews are already underway, and updates will be shared as they are completed.

On the contact center side, VPATs for Skylight Agent and QMS are expected to be completed shortly, further extending accessibility coverage across Enghouse solutions.
