Attendees can now enjoy live broadcasts and video-on-demand in their preferred language, enhancing comprehension and inclusivity. The new feature will be available on Enghouse Qumu Cloud.

How It Works
When this feature is activated for a Qumu tenant, administrators gain the ability to enable automatic caption translation and set the languages available for translation. During a playback of a live event or video-on-demand content with automatic caption translation enabled, users can choose a language from the Enghouse Qumu Player interface to view auto-generated captions in their preferred language.
The language of the auto-generated captions is determined by the default language set for the Qumu tenant. Language options available for translation in the Enghouse Qumu Player are contingent upon the languages configured at the time of presentation creation. Administrators can track the total hours of translations completed on their tenant through the system analytics view.
